How to lose your appetite??

Im a model 5’’9 I weigh 118 I was told by my dresser that I need to loose 5 or 6 pounds more! I try to avoid food but its just soo good

What do I do?

use k2o protein water. Its really good for what it is. I drink the ice tea version Its a drink,about 100 calories maybe less I dont know. BUT it makes your appetite go away and it makes you feel full. It works great for me.

IGNORE HIM!!! look your gourgoues the way your are look differnet gifts come in different sizes look I am 5’3 and I wiegh 155 I use size 11 in juniors but the funny thing is that poeple think I wiegh 130 because I don’t know people say I am thick… I wish I could be 5’9 and wiegh 118 shout!!! I would more than happy… Don’t listen to him/her…

Get a new dresser- anyone who puts that kind of pressure on you does not have your best interests at heart.

drink lots and lots of water especially during your meals so the food goes through your system faster and removes toxins before being stored. and for snacks eat a fruit. fruit ruins my appitite all the time cause I hate it. but it works!

Maybe you can try to eat not as much as you normally would but eat the same time

Drink lots of water to make you full, I drink about 6-8 glasses of water each day. Only problem is that you need to go to the bathroom, so you need to keep drinking and drinking water. Also chewing gum, distracts you from being hungry so chew gum and you kind of forget it. Taking things like Benefiber work to, like the chewables. Fiber makes you full and it’s only 30 calories for 3 of these chewables. Fiber is one of those things that last long in your stomach, that will make you a little less hungry.

I did see this on the internet, I don’t know if it works, but. If you get small plates and put food on it and you have 3 or 4 plates, but the food is just spread out. like it could have fit on to 1 plate. Than your mind is tricked into thinking “Oh there’s so many plates here, meaning there’s so much food. I won’t be hungry for a long time, because there is so much food” I don’t know if it works, but it kind of does. I only ate 3 eggs and one slice of bread. I used the eggs and made egg salad sandwich with one slice of whole grain wheat bread and put some of the egg salad on this and put it on a tiny plate. THen there was left over egg salad and put it in a bowl. It was actually not much, and I got SOOO full. Hope this helped :)
