How to lose weightt?

I am 14, 5’ foot, and 114 pounds.. I know that is pretty average and I don’t look fat really but I just wanna lose extra weight on my stomach and my hips.. any tips on healthy meals to eat and easy exercises?

First off, your weight is normal, you don’t need to lose any weight. But it you really want to, just eat really healthy and exercise. Example: Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and lean proteins. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day. Running, walking, biking, etc.

what most people dont understand about weight loss is that its really not complicated at all. the only secret is. eat three balanced meals a day and dont sit around. and you’ll be fine
