How to lose seven pounds quickly and safely?

I’m fifteen and 119 pounds. a lot of my friends weigh less than me and it makes me feel unhappy and uncomfortable. Is there anyway that I could lose about seven pounds quickly without harming my body? I don’t think I’m fat I just want to feel light and not too heavey compared to most girls my age. Well, actually I don’t even know what the average weight for a fifteen year old is? Please, help!

im also 15 and I weight 125 im perfectly fine and skinny. you are fine

obviously you are skinny you dont need to loose weight.. realize that one for a change… im 16 and I weigh 164 lbs and im way over my age weight… and im still slightly skinny… and so if your 119 your in good shape… stop griping about loosing weight you dont need to… grow up…

you DONT need to loose any weight doing so would be unhealthy especially at the weight you are now if anything you could put on a bit and so what about your friends there not you girls of different heights and body types are supposed to be diifferent weights whats normal for one of your friends is NOT normal for you

agreed that you dont need to lost weight! but if you want to eat healthier than can only help so try that? but dont stop eating or anything crazy like that because then that can be unhealthy. your weight is fine for your age. im sure you are beautiful just as you are!! :]
