I wouldnt do it myself but they do sell a drink thats called “ The hollywood diet” that you could loose somthing like 10 lbs in 48 but pretty much your not supposed to eat anything while drinking it. but in my opinion you look fine.

u cant lose 10 pounds of FAT in a week…but you can lose some fat, muscle and water weight, which will make you look skinnier. but it wont be healthy. keep healthy fats in your diet. eat lots of fiber and LOTS of water…umm and lean protein…mulitvitamin too

in a week? if you want to lose muscle, then stop eating. if you want to lose fat, the max you can lose in a week is maybe 2 lbs, with a lot of exercise. if you just want to lose weight in general, stop drinking liquids. the body is mostly water by weight. not a healthy way to lose weight.

10 pounds in 10 days is a lot. Well, you can try cutting down on fatty foods, a daily routine of excersizeing helps as well. And NO soda.

well, excersising daily doesnt ALWAYS work, because I excersised daily for a month, and I didnt lose weight, I just managed it, so I didnt gain any, but I lost 3 inches…

I stoped eating for about a week or two..just eating little things every now and then and lost 5kg… probably not the best advice but thats how I did it

10 pounds wow, well through vigorus exersising focussing on your stomach mussels meaning all the crunches will benefit, push ups…you could try yoga which is a relaxing and less painless option…

I wont suggest liposuction cause its unrealistic, but cutting out fatty foods, like various dairy products (chesse mainly), fatty junk foods etc…

You will want to stick to green foods like vegetables,fruit,cereals and beans are also good, but dont have to much of just one, mix and match…
