How to loose wait easily?

I feel huge at my school even though im not because there are only girls that are a size 3 here. And I need to loose wait so I can not be so frustrated about my weight, I only weigh 130 but all the girls here way 19 or 110 at the most. Help??

I don’t believe in diets because once you quit the diet you will put the weight right back on. There is no ‘easy’ way to lose weight. You will have to sacrifice something. It will either be your time working out or just eating less or more healthy.

Easiest thing to do is stop drinking your calories. Drink WATER and maybe once a day a small glass of juice. Juice has a lot of sugar and a good amount of calories.

Eat more often with smaller portions(Do NOT eat more than you would any other regular day!). When you eat and are digesting your metabolism is higher so the more often you eat the higher your metabolism stays. Your largest meal of the day should be breakfast. The smallest should be dinner and NEVER eat night snacks because your metabolism is the slowest while sleeping.

You could try the water diet. Don’t eat or drink anything besides water for three days. You can also do this with apple juice, cranberry juice, etc. DO NOT pig out after the three days. Eat light meals only. You can drop up to five pounds each time you do this, which means it can be unhealthy to your body, so only do it when you feel yourself gaining weight back or have a special event coming up. In between the times you do the water diet, eat smaller portions, and if you can, stick to a vegetarian diet until you reach your weight goal. Good Luck!
