How to get slim...help...

I need to lose alittle weight. Me and my sister weigh the same thing,but she still has a slimmer body than mine. How do I slim my body down abit,and lose some weight? I know about the whole excercise thing,and the healthy food stuff…but I kinda want the body of um…a japanese girl. I heard they only eat until they’re 80% full? Does that really help? and if so,how many calories would that mean a day?Plus excercise a day? I don’t know…but I feel like I could lose some pounds. Could you please help?

1: That’s false and a myth.

2: You need a realistic goal for your body.

What you need to do is eat right and excercise. No fried foods, no junk food, cut out the carbs, and drink only water. You need to excercise atleast 1 hour per day also. Mostly overall body workouts such as running, jogging, swimming, yoga, pilates, tai-chi, etc.

When you are eating, drink 1 full glass of water before you sit down to eat. This will help you to not overeat. Also, chew your food 20 times before swallowing. Most people eat too fast and do not give their body time to tell them that they are full, if you chew each piece 20 times you will allow your body to tell you when you are full so you don’t over eat.
