How can I get a slim healthy body?

ok so like I weigh 122 pounds and I hate it ! I ‘ve tried running on the treadmill everyday but like I always get distracted and never get back on or even keep the routine going! I love riding bikes but I outgrew mine and since I’m moving there’s no point in buying a new one so yeah…HELP !

well yu need to exercise. simple as that thats how I lost weight I ate healthy and exercise and you have to do for as many weeks as you can not juss 2 to 3 weeks and then quit weight loss dont work like that you have to be patient about it trust me you do if you want to hear ma whole story about weight loss and if you want me to help you more with advice. add me and email me (:

By the way, when I first started to lose weight, I weighted the same as you. 122 and went down to 107lbs which is what I weight now
