how to gain weight faster when you have a high matablolism?
I have chicken legs im 13 and weigh 86 pounds and every one at school makes fun of me about my size and shape.): can you help me at least gain a few pounds?!?!?…
Starkinkade2 is right. No junk food. More carbs. More protiens. Go to your local gnc and ask the people there whats best for your situstion. And then formulate a workout around your needs. Google workout plans.
You are still in the process of growing, as you get older your weight will adjust. But if you wanna gain a few pounds like lillyrock said you can eat junk food. But don’t base your whole day or your whole diet on junk food. But adding alittle more junk food can help make you gain a few pounds. Hope this helps(: good luck(:
eat a lot but also eat helthy I mean don’t stuff yourself whit junk food just to gain weight… try eathing bigger portions and all eathing ice cream some extra choclate… you know…

well if its a proportional body you want, dont eat junk food thats all bad fat that leads to several other bad things which I cant name at the moment. Increase your intake on lean meat also a lot of protien helps 2 (protien = fish) so yes your gona have to eat the scaly fellas lol.
I know how you feel im also 13 but I cant stop gaining weight :) 105 :’( but you eat choclate, fast food, patato chips junk food, ice cream and deserts lots of it!!! hope this helps :)
Yeah don’t eat junk food… That’s notthe right way todo it. Now thirteen is about when I started working out and really working on becoming bigger overall. Something that’s really going to help is protein shakes. They make them specifically to help you gain weight. A great one is called ISO MASS EXTREME. it’s got 175 grams of protein and over a thousand calories per serving and also 7 different types of creatine. This will boat your calories and protein which will leave you with excess calories to gain weight with. The creatine will work with your muscles as well… Otherwise after taking the supplement then you should be really specific on how you workout if your going to. Shorter reps more weight will get you bigger size. Lighter weight more reps will give you more deffinition
If you have a high metabolism, you aren’t going to gain weight by eating junk food. Increase your carbs and excerice lighter. Eat more dark meats, or fatty meats like bacon. Lean meat can be increased, too. Just eat more. Stuffing your face with junk food will only cause bad habits to errupt, along with heart disease, cholesterol, diabetes, etc. So, eat more, not worse.
