How can I gain weight with a high metabalism?

I need to gain weight fast for football season.I’ve benn lifting weight and eating a lot but im not gettin bigger. I need help.

Lance Armstrong eats ~10,000 calories a day while training. This would be enough to make most people vomit. You need to start eating high calorie foods and lots of them.

But avoid saturated fats, they are harmful but do not help you bulk up any faster. Eat lots of pasta if you can stomach it, and drench everything you eat in olive oil.

Yeah don’t eat junk food… That’s notthe right way to do Something that’s really going to help is protein shakes. They make them specifically to help you gain weight. A great one is called ISO MASS EXTREME. it’s got 175 grams of protein and over a thousand calories per serving and also 7 different types of creatine. This will boost your calories and protein which will leave you with excess calories to gain weight with. The creatine will work with your muscles as well… I gained 20 pounds in two mints working out last offseason while on it. Otherwise after taking the supplement then you should be really specific on how you workout if your going to. Shorter reps more weight will get you bigger size. Lighter weight more reps will give you more deffinition

eat a lot of high carb and high preotein foods. plus is you really want to gain weight and if it just isn’t putting on, then wake up at about 3am and have a meal. cus when your sleeping your basically starving your body for 8 odd hours… so if you eat and break the “starvation” then you might start gaining weight, if it just isn’t happening at all then you could go and see your doctor and he/she could maybe refer you to a nuitritionist to help you cus maybe your body has too height a rate of metabolism and you can’t gain the weight, plus do weight lifting cus muscle weighs more than fat.

Also, eat a lot of protein. If you want to gain muscle weight, because protein helps you to build muscle.
