What does it mean if you sleep with your head covered?

Every time I go to sleep I wake up with my head underneath the covers. It’s weird. What does that mean?

im not exactly sure you probably just do it in your sleep I pretty much always sleep with the blanket over my head because I feel safer if im under it but thats just me

I usually sleep with the blanket over my head also cause as the night goes on it gets colder
