How to Boost Low Self Esteem?

I have low self esteem problems and I would like to have a better self esteem. and please dont judge me or insult me. im telling this because the last time I posted a cuestion I got more insults than advice. and that made me feel like I was a bad person. so please give advice. not an insult. or if you notice that the question is bad you dont have to insult them GIVE THEM ADVICE!!! I mean, the site is for that right? to give advice. not to insult people just because of the question they asked. ok I just need ways to boost my self esteem.

well I dont no why you have low self esteem your really pretty and you are average weight! so I dont no why but I wud say that only you can really boost it! it is all on the inside…u need to find your voice! I no I have low self esteem and I havnt found mine yet! but I try to focus on my positive aspects, like your really pretty and I no that this may not seem helpful but it is what most people will say. when you acept this you will no that you have conquered your self. please funmail me if you are ever feeling down or if you just want to talk. its good to see that another person has low self esteem, to me it seems like everyone is prettier than me and everyone is just better, so yeah I can totally relate, just focus on your positive aspects

another way to do it is to find something other than urself that you can have confidence in. for example; I am a volleyball player. I always felt down bout my self and than I started playing volleyball and I practiced so hard so when people see me they can say “there is that really good volleyball player” or whatever, and finding confidence in something else eventually led to an increase in positive feelings towards my self. please just funmail me if you want to talk or need some more help or w/e. Write down on a piece of paper a list of all the things you like about yourself, example I like the way I smile’

Then write down in another list every thing you think is nice on your body example “I Like My hair”

On the third list write down all the things you have achieved in your life example: ‘I passed my exams, driving test’ ect.

Now look at yourself in the mirror tell yourself how great you look! Read allowed all those wonderful points about yourself. Then in a couple of weeks you will feel better about yourself and how you see yourself.

P.S One more tip! Always works without a doubt 100% guarantee it! Each night before you get into bed kneel by the bed side and say this prayer. “Dear God in heaven, thank you for giving me life, thank you for watching over me and protecting me thank you for loving me Father. Amen
