How to be more flexible so I can do proper walkovers?
Well, I can do walkovers if I have someone helping me or there’s something like a pole to get my legs up, I just have trouble with flipping over properly without the support. I can almost do it, but it’s still a bit of an issue. Any suggestions to make it easier?
I can do emm ;] if you want to do them just keep trying, everynight/day when my mom and dad were out I practised, and then one night I did it I’ve been ablle to do em forwards and bkwards since x
Umm well I dont think there is really anything to do except practice every day will make you more felxible thats what I do I stretch every day that kind of thing
I can do walkovers. you just have to keep trying. if you can do a walkover from standing the lift your leading leg up and reach for the floor. do not look for the floor untill your hands are nearly touching it then your leg should come up whilst reaching for the floor. then kick over and once your are straight tuck in your head this helps you go over. if you leave it out then you will fall back down. if you are doing it from a bridge then bring your hands and feet as close as you can together and kick over. again tuck in your head but not to early I hope this helps.
