How to avoid bloating?
Every time I eat my stomach swells up like a balloon. It even does it if I drink a lot.
What should I do so it doesn’t swell like that? I don’t want to wander around in school looking like I’m pregnant.
Try a few situps or something that effects your abs, not only will it make you healthier :D but it usually works fo me to get rid of the balloon :P Hope I helped :)
