How soon can one lose 25 lbs?

I recently gained a lot of weight and I am now about 25lbs overweight. How soon could I lose that weight if I am really motivated?

well I would say run everyday for about 30-45 minutes…depends…I would say run 3 miles everyday..just everyday…trust me that will work…you can still eat just stay off junk…anything that has to do with eating OUT…stay home…eat home food…eeey it will also save you some money…OHHH and dont eat after 7…OKAY!…trust me…IT WORKS!!! drinks lots of water TOOO…you’ll love the results…when you get hungry eat something very light…please dont stop eating the whole day…it does not help…you still have to eat..just work out…3 miles per day…sta by doing 1 or 2 depends on YOU>. good LUCK!

Weight needs to be lost gradually- that way it will stay off and not come back (unless you fall back in to your old routine offcourse). The healthiest time in which you could loose the weight is aproximatly 4/5 weeks. When your on the weight watchers plan, for example, the weight loss you aim towards is 3 pounds or above everyweek. Dont be disapointed if you dont meet this target though. everybodies different and it will come off eventual if you have persistance :)
