How much weight will I lose by doing this?

How much weight will I lose if I don’t eat anything at school (7 hours) and onli eat lunch and dinner at home?

ps - I walk home and to school everyday (40 minutes)

On water only, body takes about 2days to use up food eaten and glycogen stores. Blood sugar level dip leaving you weak, faint dizzy and lacking of concentration. you will lose several pounds, mostly fluid. (Thats around 2pounds or more!!) After 2 days body relies completely on its fat stores and lean tissue. After 3 days normally hunger pangs cease and bad breath begins, smelling like nail polish remover. and due to ketones produce when fat is burn in the absence of glucose, you will feel the fasting high- clam, full of energy and clear-headed. Metabolism slows to conserve energy and you may feel more cols and constipated. if continues, weight loss is abour 1pound a day. :-) Hope this helps!!

well actually the best way to loose weight is eat a lot of breakfast, eat a bit of lunch and have barely anything for dinner, cause breakfast gets your matabalism going and you will burn off everything you eat

It will not help you lose weight. In fact if you eat breakfast in the morning it will help you LOSE weight because it gets your metabolism going, which is the key factor in weight loss. As for going 7 hours without food you should probably at least eat a healthy snack to keep your blood sugar level such as carrot sticks, fruit, or a granola bar.

honey I have always heard if you are going to loose weight you havet to eat at least three meals a day you loose weight not eating cause your just storing fat and walking is realy good. try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. dont starve your self cause your just storing fat you dont want to do that breakfast is the best one you dont want to miss. email I would be glad to talk with you about it.

u want because your missing breakfast and eating your luch late and then your dinner. try eating breakfast and nothing else or starve ya self. or jus eat healthy and excersise. but that want work. x

You don’t need to loose weight! I looked at your pics, and you look very skinny as is. I can tell by your shoulders. Honestly, you shouldn’t be worrying about losing weight, because you don’t need to. Staying just how you are is skinny enough! I would even say gain a few pounds! You’re so tiny!

  you shouldnt miss out meals and then later on eat sum becasue the your system gets ttly wacked up then it will b put into starvation mode and the same with not eating at all and then you will put on weight. hope this helps xxx

I wouldn’t risk doing all of that walking without eating. You’ll be in a weakened condition and may become faint, etc. To lose weight you should eat 4 or 5 small meals a day instead of depriving yourself of food.

I know its not the best way TO lose weight. and going to the gym and eating healthily would be better,
