How much weight will I lose doing this?
all im going to do is drink water and eat nothin mondays to fridays and then eat just fruit sturdays and sundays, for 2 months im going to do it, how much weight do ya think ill lose, and don’t say its bad othawise don’t write anythin because I don’t care and im doin it anyway x x

I don’t think you understand that bulimia and anorexia are both psychological conditions. You don’t MAKE yourself either of those things–they are diseases of the mind. They aren’t substitutes for healthy diet and exercise, which WILL help you lose weight.
Instead, it will slow down your metabolism, making it harder to lose weight. Eventually, anorexia and bulimia will demineralize teeth. Your teeth may become sensitive to heat, cold, and acids. Eventually, your teeth may severely decay, erode away from fillings, and finally fall out. Sexy, huh?
Your blood potassium levels can drop significantly with regular vomiting or use of certain diuretics. This can disturb your heart’s rhythm and even produce sudden death.
Salivary glands may swell because of infection and irritation from the vomit. You may at some point suffer from stomach ulcers and bleeding and tears in your esophagus. Constipation may result from frequent laxative use.
When bulimic episodes occur over time, a sequence of chronic illnesses can occur affecting your heart, liver, gastrointestinal tract, and/or neurologic complications.
The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.
If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.

u can do what eva you want,, morons like to do things like that ,, baby girl if you want to lose weight and not feel sick all the time or get headaches and everything else that comes with not eating,,,
in the long run when you lose the weight you will end up going bak to eating normal and then gain it all back,,, so there for you wud have to live the rest of your life like that which doesnt sound like fun to,, haha can you imagine sum one asking you out on fri and you say soory I cant I dont eat on fri’s
the BEST way to lose weight feel good and be able to keep it up,,, eat 6 SMALL meals a day actual meals not like a cracker one one meal more like a half a sandwhich with grapes or nuts lots of water no pop and jiuce only exercise 3 or 4 times a week for about a half hour.
its easier that way and boost your motabolism so your body burns more and you dont have to feel like you have to starve that day

well the food you eat on sat and sunday will stay on you because your body will wana keep as much as it can because you wont eat anythin thru the week. you know its bad, so why bother? the best way to lose weight is to eat 6 small meals a day. healthy ones. drink lots of water every day and do 30 mins exercise if its possible.
try that. not your ridiculous 5 day fast for 2 months. its pathetic.
