How much pedilyte for my 1 month old son?

My son has had dierea for about 3-4 days the doctor told me to give him pedilyte how much do I give him

Answer #1

I assume you’re going to want to continue regular breast milk and formula feedings, so your son may not want to take anymore than about 1 to 2 ounces between feedings. With the addition of pedialyte to his diet, he may not be as hungry as he normally might be, so you may end up spreading his feedings out a little.

Hope your little one feels better soon. :)

Answer #2

Better to call your doctor, and ask him the dosage, like how many ml do you need to give, at what time interval and for how many days you need to give it. This is very crucial information which you need to ask because there are different dosages given depending on the severity of the case.
