How much pedialyte can I give ny 2 1/2 month old?
My baby has diahrea and the doctors said that there is nothing wrong but I want to give him something to re-hydrate. So how much pedialyte can I give him?
Do not give him gatorade. Pedialyte is specifically made to keep babies hydrated. If you are uncomfortable giving him straight pedialyte, give like 2 ounces pedialyte and 2 ounces water (mixed together). We used to give that to my god-daughter when her tummy would get upset, even when she was that young.
I would give my daughters a bottle of it half pediatric lite and half baby water. But you’ve gotta becareful not to over due it with that. The salts and minerals can build up in babys.
dont… give him gaterade in stead, no medican but it will do the same thing
