How long after dogs milk dries up does she go into heat?
My dogs milk just dryed up after having puppies, can she get pregnant right after? How long after dogs milk dries up, will she go into heat? I wondering if my dog is in heat cause my male dog keeps trying to mount her as if she is in heat.
They come into heat every 6 months give or take a few days…That means she’ll be in heat 6 months from the time she got pregnant. Hopefully, you’ll make plans to have her spayed before she gets pregnant again.
Breeders…GOOD breeders NEVER breed at the next heat period. Every litter takes a toll on the dam…

Please…Please…Please… have her spayed and him neutered. Why put them through this time and time again… why place your female into the horrible life of back to back litters… why add to the pet overpopulation in this country? Millions of dogs killed every year because there are not enough homes.
