How do I lose a pouch?

I have back pain and I still want to lose my pouch. How do I still lose it and not create more pain in my back.

Answer #1

I’d say ‘exercise’, but with your back that might not be convenient. My advice is to drink water because it hydrates you without adding calories. Calories from drinks have been shown to cause drastic weight gain. People monitor their foods more than their drinks. Water also makes you feel full, and can curb the desire to eat when you’re not even hungry.

The best foods to eat are veggies and fruits. Breads and pasta contain carbs, which can add weight if not burned off. Meat contains protein, but it also contains a lot of fat. Celery is a good addition to help lose weight, because it has no calories and takes up room in your stomach for snacks that might not be so calorie friendly.
