How do I lose my pouch?

Does anyone out there know how I can lose this fatty, skin or whatever on my lower stomach? it would be even more helpful if you could help me find a way to lose these inches in a month and a half.
I really need some great advice Please!!! Thanks

I heard if you do 40 sit ups a day for 4 weeks you could get rid of a lot of belly fat and gain some abdominal muscles.

milk can help you slim down and water can help you lose weight. ab exercises along with cardio will do the trick along with a healthy diet.
