How I can control my emotions?

Hi..! I am a 19 years old boy. I am student, and I also take a part time job (real estate agency) and now it seems I face a problem. I always feeling too tired and down. too despressed, and sometimes I feel like there’s nothing I got to live for. I wake up in the morning, and see my face in the mirror and oh, damn.. It seems I get older and older than my friends… So how I can become fit again? I just want to become fit for 24 hours a day.

Well…mainly you problem is stress…Because, maybe you have to much on your hands…if you need to let out stress, maybe try writing about it…ether a story…or a Poem! Or if your mad at someone, write a letter to that person that explans all of your feelings then just don’t send it…and maybe if that works, you can spend time at the gym more, and less worrying about your problems!
