How does drinking water make you not have acne.?

if anyone could tell me that’d be great :D

Because it doesn’t have sugar.

Anything with sugar, grease, or anything of that sort of thing can cause acne.

Another way to help get rid of acne is put a hot towel over your face, and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Reason: It will open up your pores in your skin and let toxins drain a little bit and allow your skin to breath and soak up moisture.

Next thing to do is after you’ve waited your 10+ minutes with a hot towel on your face, quickly put your face in icy water to close your pores.

Reason: Very cold water closes your pores, and after that hot water has opened them and let oil flow out in the towel, the cold water will shut your pores.

Science is fun!

However! This doesn’t work for everyone, I have a strange case of acne sometimes, and nothing prevents acne, no treatments work for me, so that’s what I do, and it works pretty well for how my skin is. I hope this helped.

all the sugars in soda and artificial juice is not natural to the human body so when you drink them it causes a reaction of an oily face, but by drinking water it stimulats the body to its natural cycle and helps cut down the oil build up on your face, therefor nothing is blocking your pores, so acne wont build up.(unless you get really stressed)

Uhm… I find that hard to believe. I drink so many water bottles a day, more than the average person and I still have breakouts sometimes.

I do exactly what you do “gothik”, and that’s the only thing that ever worked for me as well. My skin sucks- some products dry my skin out, some make my skin greasy. But I do always put on a moisturizer from Garnier, I believe it’s called “Skin Renew” or something of that nature- and I put that on every morning and at night just to help fade my red marks caused by popping those nasty zits even though you shouldn’t do that at all!
