What acne product can I use that will not make me break out after I stop using it?

No acne cleansers will change the composition of your skin. All it will do is keep your skin clear while you use it, and when you stop using it, your skin will go back to the way it looks before you used it. If you have oily skin, your skin will still be oily. The only way is to keep using it until you get to the age when you no longer have acne.

My dermatologist recommends Janmarini Cleanser and fresh lemon juice as an astringment. I don’t have acne but it has made a huge difference in my skin (it closes the pores and flattens out any bumps on the skin).

I cleanse morning and night and use fresh lemon juice on my face afterwards and it’s the only product I’ve used that I can say good things about (and yes I’ve tried the proactive).

As karojo said, you will need to continue using it though. I keep in it my shower, use one squirt of the pump in the am and one in the evening.
