How do you use face toner?
Someone gave me a lovely gift basket full of skin care products. None of the products have Uses/Directions on the packaging, but I am familiar with most of them..except for toner. What is the purpose of toner? How do you use toner? Do you apply, then wash it off? Do you leave it on? Do you use before or after washing your face? Thanks in advance!
Toner restores the PH balance in your face which the cleanser has thrown off when you used it. Also toner may pick up some leftover impurities like make up and cleanser that you might have left behind. That is what I have read pretty much everywhere.
toner is an astringent. After you cleanse your face you can use a cotton ball to apply the toner. Not too much though, don’t overdo it. then follow up with the moisturizer

The purpose is to have a clean, clear face. its amazing, i use it everyday. pour some on a cotton pad and wipe it around your face. leave it on, dont rinse it off. use it after you wash your face.
