How do you lose weight in your legs
I feel like I have big legs im always shy to wear shorts so any advise how to lose weight there
Running, brisk walking, trampolining and cycling are very effective activities to firm the legs. Eating healthily and cutting out most fattysugary foods will no doubt help as well :)
do leg up!lay on your side and the leg that is on the side that is up you move it up and down!like go in the air and then back down to touch your other leg or do a lot of cardio such as running climbing stairs get active!
