How do you lose a tummy tyre?

I’ve gained a small amount of weight, which has gone mainly to my breasts, but recently I have started to get a small tyre just below my belly button. I wouldn’t normally worry about it but I’m having a photo-shoot soon and need it to budge! I like my breast now and don’t need to lose weight. But I want that ‘tyre’ gone! Will excersizing help? Also I was on my period a day ago has that caused bloating?

What is a tyre? Do you mean a tire? Like a car tire? The only way to loose weight is the old standard of eat less and exercise more. So for now don’t eat at fast food places or if you do order the kids meal with apples. Not fries. Try to eat a large breakfast with lots of fiber and eggs for protein. It will fill you up so you won’t get cravings later.

If the photo shoot is soon then you may still have the belly. You may be able to get some poses that will not focus on that area or suck your belly in a little bit when they are about to snap the pics. Practice first because you don’t want it to look to obvious like you are sucking in your belly.

its probably just watter weight every girl has it try going into a steamer :) they have them at almost all gyms!! :) good luck!!! jessi
