  Generally speaking, there isn't much you can tell if the exercises are working or not. Unless you use a toy....the other possible way to tell if they are working is if your partner notices any difference when you are intimate with them.

  I do them while havin sex with my boyfriend. he says he can feel the muscles movin and it feels nice. he likes that.
