How do you find someone in Wicca to help guide you?

Thanks for all the answers! I really appreciate it. I actually did my first circle last night, and although Im not sure if I did anything worth mentioning, but it did feel relaxing. I’ll certainly bring my writings into my next circle, and Im glad to know I can do that. Earlier, a candle that I used in my circle broke. I had it in a glass votive and it just broke. Is that a good or bad thing? I’ve been reading that Wicca has no coincidences…and Im curious as to of what this means.

everything in nature is imperfect, as long as your approach is from a perspective of modesty and a willingness to learn as stated above- nature will guide you in what you seek. it sounds difficult but it truly isn’t it will be in the guise of your own personal intuition- things will feel right to you and you will respond.

for my first circles I had written the ceremony down, and even entered the circle with my books and just followed along- there is nothing that says this is not right. now that I have progressed I found that I needed less of the “ceremonial rituals” and possessed more of the ‘focus’ to achieve what I need.

bring your books with you and keep them open to the ceremony and you will be just fine, and just remember that nature is not perfect, but certain higher ceremonies do require more concentration and higher abilities. start out small and become comfortable with the new world you will discover as it opens up in front of you.

agreed with the first 2. There is no set way to do a circle. My first time I just called the elements and had candle lit around me so I remembered where I placed the boundaries. There’s many different ways to cast a circle. Do what feels right to you, and you can’t go wrong 1_~

Stop thinking about your circle for now. You cannot create something like that, without first harmonizing with your own natural internal frequency. If you are worried about offending the goddess (I assume you mean The Natural Chaos here) then perhaps you aren’t listening closely enough to know. Keep absorbing the universal frequency and it will all become clear. Focus, and concentrate your efforts in clearing your mind and detaching from reality, into your central consciousness. You will begin to hear the humming of the universe. It’s inside all of us, that elusive thing we all want to call magic, most are totally oblivious of it sadly. Then you can create your circle, and offending the ‘’goddess’’ won’t be an issue, because you will be dichotomized with it. You’ll just know what do do.

There will come a time when your mind will dilate and you will get what you’ve been practicing for. It won’t feel awkward anymore, just natural.
