How do you deal with a sister in law... you work with?

I work with my sister in law and we have not spoke in almost 2 years. There was a BIG fued between us. She was VERY wrong. I really love my job, but it’s hard to see her everyday. I think things would be better if I left because I would only have to see her on a holiday or family event. Again, I am very happy with my job, but should I leave to reduce my stress?

Answer #1

Thanks for the advice…I do love my job, but it’s hard to forgive someone who did something that hurt your child emotionally. People can hurt me all they want BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MY CHILDREN…THEY CROSSED THE LINE.

Answer #2

Just ignore her it may seem hard at first but then you are going to see how easy it is to just be on your bisness, you can’t really give up something that I love just because of her. Just learn that sometimes it is that way and we have to move on. Is your job and your life so don’t let anybody ruin that.
