How do you clean a virused laptop?

I have a hp mini and it has a hue amount of virus from porn, it is messed up and I need help fixing it without going anywhere or spending money… Help please

I used to clean about 2300 virus (trojan-adware, malware) from porn or anysite that keep pop up and annoying my friend laptop. I used the free software like malware bite from www.download.com. it’s free and it works well. I cleaned all of virus and my friend laptop able to log in without any error message. That time there were boot and memory virus. but the software cleaned well..

AVG works well, if not, kill it with fire.

scan for viruses or reinstall windows
