How do I lose this flab?

I had a baby bout 3 months ago, jw what I could do to tighten up my muscles in my vagina so it wont get loose, and it is winter now. So its to cold to go running.. So what can I do inside the house, until summer comes? And how can I loose like my stomach, stretch marks, and the fat on my legs to from the pregnancy.

Well we only had snow for one day here, and now it is gone. I’m gonna start running. I’m confused tho ‘cause one day it will be tight down there then I will have sex with my boyfriend, and then the next week or so it wont be so tight… Confusing..

it hasnt been that long since you gave birth…benoit balls for your vag or exercises meant for that purpose… and try yoga if you havent before… I dont know what your winters are like but here the snow is abundant and if its not too cold its nice to walk… plus walking in the snow requires much more energy that plain old walking… basically you just need to tone your muscles…
