How do I loose 20lbs?

So I gain a lot of pounds. I’m 5’1 and I weight 145lbs. I just started to eat less grains and more vegetables. Because I don’t have time running in the morning and afternoon..(school) I do at least 100 or more sits up at night, 50 crunches, and 20 push-ups. Do you think I’ll be able to loose weight faster or sooner? And any suggestion on how to loose weight without running at night or using weights? (because I have no weights)

I know that this is going to sound crazy but EAT BIG BREAKFASTS. It helps carve cravings and you won’t get that earg to eat snacks before lunchtime.

Answer #4

Eat more protein, it will keep you satisfied throughout meals, which will quiet cravings. Exercise and eating healthy is key. Make sure though, that you compensate for each one, for example, you need to eat enough to sustain yourself when you exercise, so dont cut down on food intake, just change the diet, also dont eat too much because there would be no point in exercising. Good luck!
