How do I know that my boyfriends proposal was real?

hes 13 and as much as you might hate to hear it hes still a kid, I doubt hes as mature as you say he is, and hes going through puberty so his hormones will be going crazy its also very possible that he only asked you to marry him so he can have sex with you that and your kids, kids dont need to get married just stay in a relationship, take things slow, be with each other for a few years, then LIVE with each other for a few years so you can see if the two of you actually can last, and THEN get married

ok if you get married when you are 13 or 15 you are retarded it will ruin your life for sure…just keep dating till you are like 25 then do it because its the same thing but with less commitment

As mature as he may be for 13, I dont think he knows what he is saying. He may truely believe at this moment that he wants to marry you but thats a big commitment. I’m in my twenties and I still dont think Im ready. If its really meant to be then wait to get engaged for a few years. He should be able to buy you a ring and support you before asking for your hand in marriage,

Ok im in about the same thing as you sept my boyfriend is 17 and im 16. he got me ring we just dont know how we are going to do this. cause weddings seems expensive and hard But anywho im not sure what to tell you I mean come on..hes 13 he probably dosnt even know what love is yet I think you should just keep dating and hold it off and see how he feel in a few years about it when hes more grown up and can accually take care of you
