How do I get thinner thighs?

Okaii I sound like a total weirdoo now but heyy,, I’m 14 but I seriously want to loose weight and its for personal benefit as I know it’d make me happier. Most of my friends are like stick insects so it’s kinda hard not to feel fat all the time!? Im around 5’2 weigh around 9 stone and am a size 10-12 Am I overweight? And how can I get thinner thighs gosshh their HUUGEE!?

Your thighs will slim down when you get older, but for now you can try some thigh exercises.

  1. SQUATS- These are PROVEN to work your thighs + butt and really tone them
  2. LUNGES- These tone your entire thighs and calves
  3. STRETCHING- This works epecially well if your thighs have bulky muscles… you can try touching your toes and figure fours.

P.S Start out LIGHT, like 10-20 each day and then you can increase reps as they get easier. P.S.S Make sure to MIX IT UP and VARY your exercises…this helps your thighs to develop!

you are 14… you still have a lot more growing to do! You will thin out when you get older! Just eat a healthy diet and try swimming… running will make your thighs a little more muscular but at the same time tone them up and might slim them down.
