How do I get rid of unwanted tummy fat, and Make my thighs thinner? What are some excersises I could do that would help me?

if your not into running and stuff you can start takeing walks or jogs do some sit ups at night before you go to bed about 100 each night and try to do a diet what helps the most on a diet is if you dont drink soda everyone I talked to that stopped drinking soda lost a lot of weight that helps a lot

I hate it when people complain about their weight on heer,then when people give them advice 4 it,they respond back,lile,’sorry,but im reely fat. that wont work’ or sumthing like that. people can b so insecure… I wish I looked that good… I’ve seen your pictures. you look pretti thin 2 me

ohhkk so im a cheerleader and there is this thing that we do called V ups yu lay yur body on the floor legs together and arms above yur head hands together and yu bring yur torso uhpp and everytime yu come uhppp yu open yur legs into a V and bring yur arms in between them lay yur torso backk down and dont let yur feet touch the ground again

To burn fat, don’t eat much junk or keep things at and below a 1500 calorie a day diet. Running, swimming, any cardio will help you burn fat. A good excercise to tone your abs is hanging leg lifts. You prop yourself up on you elbows so your legs are hanging down, or you can hang from something by your hands. And lift your legs slowly up then down. Three reps of 25 a day to start off or something. I know lifting heavy weights makes your muscles bulkier, so use lighter weight, higher reps. Do squats, leg extensions, and curls, and other excercises that tone leg muscles.

studies have proven that some of the nutrients found in avocados and almonds help eliminate belly fat, so maybe try a low-fat diet, start a walking regimen, do sit ups, and eat lots of almonds!! lol … good luck!!

well crunches and running also a good diet…youll be strait after that…but most guys like a female with thick thighs boo dont loose too much !

lol, Well thats good cause I hardley Ever drink soda. lol, I just drink mainly water, and then milk at school. :)
