Answer #2

you are not overweight. you are NORMAL!!! and there is no way to just lose weight in one specific area. The best thing you can do is to drink a lot of water and to run, which you already do.

Answer #3

try doing crunches/situps. that will help flatten out your tummy. who knows if your still growing when you get taller you might just lose all your “extra” my sister was just like you and she thought the same thing… she is 5”6 now and a stick… not unhealthy but you know what I mean. she didnt change anything she just got taller.

Answer #4

Actually you’re doing well. Perhaps you can try the vegan diet?because they eat a lot of healthy stuff. and keep running like you do. you hoestly don’t sound over weight. You’re perfectly healthy in the weight you are currently in.

Answer #5

Honey you should say your fat…Have you ever heard of P90X? Its videos of different work outs you can do to get into shape..I’ve been doing it for a while and the first day you can feel the difference..you will be sore each time you work out but just take your time and work out maybe twice a week and You will be looking good! Make sure you watch what fatty foods you eat also..you can’t work out and eat a lot of fats…drink plenty of water it helps trust me…
