how do I deal with overeating?

So here’s my problem. I’m still in high school and I just got a car, which is great and I love it. But everyday I’m always hungry after school, so I usually go to McDonal’d or Carls Jr. or somewhere fastfood and get something to eat. I’m not fat or anything, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be. I know that I need to stop, but I also know I’m not going to because I love going to get food. I never tell people about this problem because it’s embarassing, and I actually sneak going over somewhere to get food because I crave it so badly. What should I do??? It’s been a problem for like 4 or 5 months.

Start eating “so -called negative calorie foods”. When you eat an apple (which is great for staving off hunger) it takes more calories with chewing and eating than the digestive process. Fill your lunch box with apples, bananas (one is enough) and raisins.

Eating too many sweets won’t be good as there is no nutritional value in them. So, my advice: eat plenty of fruit, and try to drink two to three glasses of stilled water. Please note: Sparkling water is bad for the teeth; still water is ph balanced.

many thanks and the Lord Jesus bless you,

You could be developing an eating disorder. Or, its your body’s way of telling you you are about to have a BIG growth spurt

You could always prepare a meal the night before (or ask your mum/dad/whoever to) so when you arive at home theres a healthy meal waiting for you.
