How do I convince her?

I asked my mom if I can go to my baby cousins she said no.so I said my cousin can bring me home she said what time I said afternoon at 5:00 she said no again.what should I do?

Ask her what time she would like you to be back at if she lets you go since 5:00 seems to be too late for her. Then ask your cousin if that’s an okay time for her to bring you back.
