How do I contact Tori Amos or her manager?

Tori Amos gave a concert in Israel last month at a date and time that totally ignored the fact that most of her listeners would be Jewish. I wish to write her a letter/email explaining this, but the only address I found was an LA address of her manager’s company Spivak Entertainment. When I tried to send a letter there, it was returned to me - recipient unknown. Does anyone know how to contact her? Thanks, Danielle
