What contacts is Lady Gaga wearing in her Bad Romance video?

I was watching tv and I found out that people were trying to buy those contacts so they can imitate lady gaga but they are illegal and may cause blindness. I’m not looking to buy them or anything, I just wonder. What kind of contacts are they and what makes them so dangerous.

Shes not wearing them, those are computer enhanced :) but the ones they are talking about are circle lenses. they are illegal i think, and should not be worn without a prescription http://funadvice.com/r/3kbbul2dp4

Her eyes in the video are digitally enhanced, she didnt use contacts. :)
