I know you may laugh reading my question but how do fish sleep ? Because I have tropical fish

And everytime I look at them there stil moving…

So how do they sleep ?

omg!!! I always wondered that too… my dad said when they stay in place but their fins are still moving that is when they sleep.. lol… I dunno if he is just pulling my leg or if that is true…
