How can my voice get discovered?

thankss, I guess :) yeahh I love it, sometimes its hard to find a quiet place to sing but whatever. what kind of songs do you sing?

well you could always look in the yellow pages (I dont know if everywhere have those?) and go under ‘music’ or ‘recording’ and find lots of studios and call them, ask them information. the one I called, we could just walk in.. but it may be different. you’ll have to call the actual studios.. they’ll have so much more advice than I do ;)

haha thanks for the awesome advice! but can I ask you another question ???… well I dont think that the recording studio would just let me walk in there! do you think I would have to call or something??

hmm im not sure where abouts you live.. but as I live like 2 hours away from London I’d probably find one in that area somewhere.. I know it will take time to travel but you never know, it could be worth it.

you could go to a recording studio, either cheap or expensive.. and ask them to help you with a demo CD. they’ll obviously have the needed equiptment/instruments you’ll need.

First you should focus on your singing and not on being famous. If you go to church, sing in the choir. School…sing in glee. Practice all the time…every free moment. Plenty of people have beautiful voices…practice different styles…jazz, soul, rnb, pop, everything. Being a singer requires work…every day. Later you can sing with a band or a vocal group and at least do something you love. Being famous…chances are slim.

well there is so many ways of being discovered.. but it all depends on how hard you’re willing to try. you could get a friend to record you and post it on youtube for you, or you could record a demo CD of either original songs or covers and send it to a record company, sing in the streets, get an agent.. I could go on. read about your favourite singers and research on how they got discovered. good luck and never give up!
