How can I stop emotional binging?

Hello. Im on diet recently.. But I cant stop my emotional bingeing.. Help me please..

when you say ‘diet’ what would a typical day/week be like? because if you totally cut out sugar / crisps, your body will crave them. at one point in my life id eat about 4 bags of crisps a day and 3 chocolate bars :O but I cut down to 1 a day, then hardly any, I find it works best that way, because you’re less likely to give in.

I had a similar problem when I started trying a healthier lifestyle. The biggest issue is moderation. You have to cut down slowly to get to a point you can live with…

I started to eat vegetables, and like them! I eat a big bowl of vegetables about 3 times a day, right before a meal. Thatll help control your intake of carbs. Sugars and fats can act like pain killers for your brain, to help relieve stress or trauma. ``Breakup food`` like ice cream is a great example. It boosts endorphins in the brain, and youll feel something similar to relaxation.

You need to feel better about yourself before you can throw emotional binging out the window. That I cant help with, since I dont know what the emotional problems are. God bless, and I hope it works out! :)
