How can I stop eating a lot?
Please helpi cant take it any more ,I feel like eating all the time and when I eat I lose control and I eat a lot how can I be normal again ? But I dont gain any because I do wrong things? I may look like a bulimioc person but the difference is I dont because I want to I binge because I cant cotrol myself???
No no no, people it’s an eating disorder. I have one too. I have been battling it for a very long time. You need to talk with someone about it. Bulimia includes binging and not just purging (vomiting) Anorexia includes binging and under-eating. However, general eat disorders manifest in binging most of the time– and most people will never know that a close peron to them has an eating disorder because not everyone is sickly thin. Being healthy is important and your body deserves your love! I’m balding, my hair is thin, and my complexion is terrible, and that’s only the outside effects. Please talk with someone, you’re not alone. Eating things like celery and carrots and drinking water are very good ideas when you feel like you have to eat, but occupying yourself with another activity, even if it’s just on the computer or watching TV (active activity is prefered, of course), but doing something else to get your mind off food is a good idea. Protein will fill you up faster than carbs and fat, so try to look for healthy options. Good luck. :)

water will fill you up when you feel like eating. If your going to eat, throw out all of the unhealthy things in your house. Only have light meals. Talk to your doctor about dieting pills, or just talk to him in general. You might even be eating because of depression, so in that case you should talk to a scictiatrist. (or however you spell that)
