How to stop eating?

okay..so how do you like stop eating!? I mean..its so hard to just not eat..but I really want to lose like 10 pounds in a month..so I want to try to eat as little as possible. anyone have any tricks as to how I can control myself from eating!?

weee.. I tried not to eat for 3 days.. and I lost 3 kg!!

hahha so, try to eat just fruit and drinks lots of water. my tips, when I want to stop eating.. I drink lots lots of water till I want to vomitt then I loosee my appetite haha but its not the healty way thoo but it does work

eat healthy you can just stop jeez if your to lazy to exersise just kee eating and geting fat

Not eating isn’t a good way to lose weight. When I was losing weight I just restricted my calories and exercised. I ate like 800 cals/day and lost a good bit of weight. I also stopped eating for a while and it only messed me up rather than help me. You get sick easier and you’re weak and dizzy and faint a lot. I say starving yourself is like a one way ticket to the hospital. You probably don’t even need to lose 10 pounds, but 10 pounds a month is pretty reasonable and you could probably lose that by just cutting calories and junk food and sodas out and exercising at least 5 times a week. But don’t just not eat, that could be the biggest mistake you ever make.

have you ever seen the devil wears prada?? well that one girl was like…”im on this new diet where I dont eat! and every time I feel like im about to faint I eat a block of cheese” lol idkk well good luck with that.. I know what it feels like to want to lose weight and really try and stop eating and I just cant do it!!

to lazy to excersize!? eff that. I run every morning and im in 3 dance classes not to mention the school dance team. but I still look the same. it pisses me off.

I agree with sillist1s. You don’t look like you need to lose weight. If you want to stay in shape and lose some pounds just exercise daily, and eat healthier foods. Substitute the food you do eat that is unhealthier with something close to it, but better for your body. Have a good day! :)
