How can I stick to a diet?

I want to go on a diet because I have a couple extra pounds I want to lose. But I never stick 2 it. How can I stick 2 a diet?

ok no… fasting is a really stupid way to try and lose weight…

instead of going on a diet, why dont you think of it as eating healthier? instead of taking away unhealthy foods, start adding healthier ones into your regular diet… that way you eat less of the “bad” stuff… it’s slower, but even a pound a week means 10 pounds in a little over 2 months, and it’s more likely to stick?
