How can I make them understand?
Well me and this guy are completely into each other, have been friends for 2 years now, trust each other 100%, been “secretly” dating for about 3 months and we both really wanted to tell our parents and such. But one problem. Hes black and my parents will not allow that whatsoever. They wont listen to any of my views, and once I told them I was banned from ever seeing him (out side of school and so on) I need help on someway to help make them see where im coming from and maybe budging from their racist ways. Advice?
id come clean first start out saying I know you dont like sertant ways but I dont care what you think and I will be dating (his name) we have already for 3 months and I am committed to him and I do like him a lot (or love) and I will not be listening to you for not letting me see him just because you dont accept colored people doesnt mean I have to.
