How do I make him understand that it hurts me when he looks at other girls?

I have been with my guy over a year. We are much in love. he is 19 and I am 24. everything is great with us… apart from that when we are out he looks at other girls and it really upsets me. I havetried to explain how much it hurts.. but he says I should lighten up and it is me he loves… but I still feel pathetic… help!?!?!?

He is only looking I used to get upset but I learned he is only looking at least he is leaveing with me and not that chick so don&#039;t get mad just ask him that you know that he is just looking but it hurts to see your man looking at another girl

ALL GUYS LOOK AT OTHER FEMALES! Honey it happens to all of us! But, that doesn't mean he's not interested in you. Don't feel pathetic. Its just something that guys do. There's still that love between you two, and no other girl that he look at can compare to you. I know in your mind your like'he's staring at them why? what do they have that I don't have?' nothing girl! they have nothing! wondering eyes are common. Its going to be ok.
