How can I make healthy food taste as good as junk food?

using pre-bought snacks and recipes? I am just wondering how long it takes for me to like healthy better than junk food so my taste buds change. But any suggestions on my main problem would be helpful. Thank you,

I suggest eating fruits like grapes and strawberrys. They taste like suger, but the sugar inside them is very healthy. I’ve grown to really like a lot of fruit.

Popcorn.. Vegetable oil in a pan With Popcorn seeds make it over the stove. Add salt

Walah! Its so much less fat as the bagged stuff, and it tastes so much better.

You cna melt non-fat butter and pur that over it for extra taste <3

Honestly, it would be very hard to make popcorn taste like a candybar. The good thing about eating the popcorn or the fruit or any food that may not be what you really want is that you are training yourself to really enjoy things that are good for you. If you start reaching for things that are healthy like the strawberries or the popcorn and take your time eating them, you will start to really enjoy their flavors. Really , I think dieting is or changing what we eat is all in our minds. If we can change our habits of say eating an apple instead of a chocolate bar anytime we have a craving, we’ll eventually start craving the apple and not the candybar. The key is consistency. If you consistently grab the healthy item it will be come a reflex reaction.
